Plastic SCM importer has been extended on version 2.0, the new release includes a Subversion importer, so now you can upgrade from Subversion to Plastic SCM.
The process only takes a few minutes, you will only have to launch the importer tool and the following screen will appear:

For importing Subversion repositories users will choose Subversion as source version control.
Once the user has chosen Subversion as the version control to be importer the process will be just a few clicks away as the user only has to enter the following information on the screen shown:

The project Url which contains the project to be imported.

The directory where the project’s trunk or main branch is located.

Branches and labels directories.
And wait for the process to run smoothly for a few seconds!
